Cleaning & Painting.......................................................................$40/hr
Repairs & Maintenance...........................................$50/hr + materials
Manage Contractors..................................10% over invoice amounts
Administrative................................................................................$40/hr
(evictions, notices, rent collection etc)
Lockouts.....................................................$100 charged to resident(s)
Turnovers..........................................................depends on size of unit
(cleaning, painting & any necessary repairs)
